P&S HRHK has always placed great emphasis on talent development, and winning the “Graduate Recruitment Awards” this year is a tremendous encouragement and recognition for us.
To compete for this award, we reviewed our existing graduate recruitment process, including how to attract young talent, interview arrangements, onboarding training, and career development planning. Through this experience, we realized that today’s graduates have increasingly higher expectations for company culture, growth opportunities, and the working environment. Therefore, we strengthened our communication with young people and highlighted our training programs, one-on-one mentorship scheme, and promotion opportunities in our recruitment campaigns, so graduates can clearly understand our development prospects.
During the award ceremony, we learned many innovative recruitment models and talent management strategies through exchanges with other participating companies. For instance, some companies have implemented “Graduate Ambassador” programs, assigning mentors to new graduates to help them better adapt to the workplace. These experiences have inspired us to further innovate in recruitment and training in the future.
Moving forward, we will continue to optimize our recruitment processes, actively listen to the voices of the younger generation, and provide them with diversified learning and development opportunities. We believe that only by continuous innovation and improvement can we attract and retain the best talent, and work towards a brighter future for the company.
Participating in the “Graduate Recruitment Awards” gave us new insights into talent management and further strengthened our belief that young people are the key to driving sustainable development in enterprises. We hope to have more opportunities to exchange ideas with different sectors and make contributions to talent development in Hong Kong together.
