On 29th and 30th March, P&S HRHK Co Ltd. was honored to receive an invitation from Job Market to participate in the “Innovative Hong Kong – Global Talent Carnival” held in Spring 2025. This year’s event was even grander than last year, featuring up to 200 exhibiting companies and over 30 higher education institutions from both domestic and international backgrounds.
As a professional human resources company, P&S understands that talent is the key to a company’s success, making this event particularly significant for us.
During the event, we engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from various industries and job seekers. Not only did we gain insights into the challenges different industries face in recruitment, but we also learned more about their expectations and requirements for candidates. In addition, the event invited industry professionals and government officials to share their insights. The seminars covered different topics, including how artificial intelligence is bringing convenience to various industries, as well as popular discussions on the import of talent from mainland China. Through these discussions, our company gained a clearer understanding of future developments, especially as the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence is gradually changing recruitment processes and talent management. This drives us to continuously update our strategies to adapt to current trends. In the discussions regarding the import of talent from mainland China, government officials led conversations about Hong Kong’s workplace advantages and how a successful company can attract international talent.
In conclusion, participating in this event was truly inspiring for us. It deepened our understanding of the development trends across different industries and allowed us to recruit suitable candidates in a short period. In the future, our company will continue to participate in more similar events to maintain close connections with the industry.
